Effective Leader
To me a effective leader would be a person who is willing to make the choices that they may be hated for, but the choices make a positive impact. A leader should be able to control his followers and point them in the right direction for success even if he feels that that path wouldn't work for him. A leader should know how to communicate so that there is no misunderstanding. A leader needs to be a man of action not a man of words but no action. To me a leader should be one who is a role model and teaches those around them.
